The other day I was in the mood to bake and wanted to try a new recipe – some time with cook books and the internet led me to Divas Can Cook and her recipe for French Vanilla Blueberry Streusel Coffee Cake.
I personally made a couple changes to the recipe; this included doubling both the blueberries and the brown sugar topping. I found that doubling the topping left me with way more then I could use however the extra blueberries were perfect. Also I did have to bake the coffee cake for much longer then directed, that could have been caused by my oven though. I’ll 100% be keeping track of this recipe for another time!!
